Since when? I.e. what changed?

Do you have cash credit on your account? MMS messages cost 30c each to send. If you don't have enough cash credit then you can't send them.

Have 15 in credit membership payed up can send txts but not pic txts only noticed this last week ???

Cash credit.
What is your cash credit balance?
Dial*100# and press call/send.
What does that return?

If you have cash credit then did you configure your internet/APN settings to allow MMS to work and do you have a data allowance?

Yes have 1543 credit and APN is set to 48 and have data allowance

Did it ever work?
Are you sure that the APN settings are correct for MMS access?
What are your APN settings and how did you configure them?
