You need to text "Duke" (without the quotes) to 1745 to buy the Duke membership from your credit balance:

But you need €15 credit balance to buy the Duke membership

so you'll need to topup your credit balance by €2 before you do this. You can topup by €2 online or by voucher:

If you topup online then you can also buy the Duke membership from your credit balance while you're there.
