I recieved a gift top up of 10 euro and it I sayin I do not have enough credit to buy my guido top up??

What is your credit balance?

You can get it by logging into your online account or by dialing the short code *100#.

Maybe you were gifted a membership rather than credit?

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date, next membership (if applicable) and cash credit balance?
