Added 15 mins to ring UK for €3.50, even with the 44 code it says i havent enough credit..... But on my 48 i stil hav the 15mins?

You presumably bought an EU roaming calls add-on?

This is for calling Ireland when roaming in the EU.

Not for calling EU international numbers from Ireland.

International calls are always charged from your credit balance.

EU international calls are charged at 50c/min.

There are no international calls add-ons.

Hi! I did the same mistake and bought the EU add-ons. I have enough credit, but still can't call outside of Ireland. How come? The voice tells me "You don't have enough credit for this call". Cheers!

Hi tizebra

Can you log into your My 48 and check your account balance.

It's on the right hand side and will say "Account credit".

Check that and let me know what it says.

You mean you are abroad and cannot make calls?

Or you are in Ireland and cannot call international numbers?

Do you have cash credit on your account to pay for international calls?

Other call charges

International calls are charged from your cash credit balance and are not covered by membership or add-on allowances.

Also make sure to use the correct prefixes e.g. 00 44 <number> for UK etc.
