kickback not coming through

So I ordered a SIM card, gave one to my boyfriend, he registered it, and brought the Guido membership, but I have not received any kickaback credit.

Are you sure that you chose to receive kickback credit and not cash?

Credit should come through once your friend has registered the SIM and bought a membbership.

Cash is only paid out 4 times a year.

And it says I ordered SIM cards but doesn't say they were registered when I kno it was as I did it myself for my boyfriend

Doors it list the sims on your kickback page?
If not then they are not kickback sims.
If they are and were registered and used but you got no kickback credit then you'll need to log a support query to ask 48 support for assistance.
