Internet problems

I bought 1GB of data today for my new phone, which i bought yesterday. It's a nokia lumia 630 that i got from Argos. I've tried to set up the internet the way you show to on your website, but my phone doesn't have the "access ponit" option in settings, like it should. The data roaming is switched on and a little H is showing up in the notification toolbar.

Any help would be much appreciated

Did you try the online configurator?

If that doesn't work either then since you don't seem to have any Add APN option I wonder if you need to install this update?

Did you have to install the Add APN option?
