A few people have asked about this before but I've never seen an authoritative answer.

E.g....

Do a search of the forum for "personal hotspot" to find other existing posts/threads.

Otherwise all I can suggest is that you log a support request to ask 48 support about how to do this and maybe post back if you get an answer.

But wen I switch to a different provider. It automatically have the hotspot. So it seems it's the 48 problem???

You'll have to ask 48 support because to date nobody else here on the forum has been able to explain why some people have problems with this.
