Cannot receive calls from outside Ireland ..

I was selling an item on Done deal and a lady had to email me from england to tell me my number wouldn't ring, so I asked a friend from northern ireland to try call me and the same thing happened.

Why wont my number accept calls outside this country ? Or is this something I should have seen in the small print ..

Should work.

Are you/they sure that the correct prefixes and format were used?

E.g. 00 353 89 1234567 if your number is 089 1234567?

If so then you should log a support query to ask 48 support about this problem.

So you got that sorted?

Was it a case of somebody using the wrong prefixes or was it some technical problem that 48 support had to sort out?
