I've a Samsung galaxy s4 and when I put mobile data on nothing shows up at all not

Joined last month my mobile data worked fine then this month my Samsung had to be set back so they reset it as part of repair and then I topped up again yesterday once I got it back but when I put mobile data on its not working at all not even the worse signal nothing please help 😞

You probably need to configure the internet/APN settings again.
