hmmm,

data symbol is back. but no internet. And like you I can't send texts.

No data service showing or working for the last hour, can't make calls or send texts either despite phone showing full cell service. Located in Carlow.

Could be a localised outage due to the weather?
Maybe others affected could post their locations?
Anybody know if other networks affected?
In particular O2 or Tesco.
Everything still working normally for me in D7.

Anybody affected should try airplane mode on and off just in case this helps.

Tried airplane mode this didn't help but on restarting phone data symbol reappeared and all services worked for a few minutes, then data dropped again, tried to restart again and same issue, everything works perfectly for a few minutes then drops.

OK - 48 have confirmed that there were some outages in Leinster and maybe also Waterford and Cork.

Looks like it was due to weather impact on the O2 network.

Leinster is supposed to be sorted now.

Maybe people can post here with their location if they are still experiencing problems?
