I recently got a new 48 sim card because I lost my old phone with my other 48 sim in It is there anyway I can keep that number without being able to get the security code?

You probably should have ordered a replacement rather than a new SIM:

If you want to get your old account/number/membership/credit etc. moved over to the new SIM that you got then you'll need to log a support request and ask 48 if they can do this for you:
