Just joined 48 phone not recognising sim

I just joined from vodafone on my Iphone 4. This phone is unlocked as it was with 3 before I got it and moved to vodafone.

When i got the sim i activated it, bought memebership of 10 euro and then when i put it into the iphone it says sim is locked. I unlock it with the pin i got with the sim and then it says no service where the carrier name and signal strength usually appears. Sometimes if i take the sim out and put it back in it will say invalid sim.

Iv tried using itunes to sync it but it says the sim is not recognied and it wont let me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The iPhone probably needs activation on 48.

You can also disable SIM PIN locking if you don't need it:
