want to block old 48 sim and keep number to new 48 sim HELP

hi am hoping someone either here or the 48 team can help

i have an old 48 sim which i didnt register myself and i cant cancel it, as this sim is faulty at the moment i ordered a new sim which i registerd myself i need to keep the old number how do i transfer the old number to my new sim

Not really sure I understand but if you need a replacement SIM that will be linked to your existing account, number, membership etc. then you can get one. There are two ways - one that disables your existing SIM immediately and one that does not. See here:
