48 page issues

I have been experiencing few issues on my 48 page.One of them is the number that comes up on my page which says that this is my number >089 406 7305 but as far I am concerned my number is
>>> 089 237 3338 does that mean if i get my top up now my credit will go on someone elses balance ?

Another problem i have came along is that I bought top up on a receipt, I dialled in the number and then went on my page to add the credit into my balance but everytime i click into add credit it just tells me you are having some technical issues for past 4 days ! Can ou please fix those problem as soon as possible !!
