If I top up 10 this month can I do 20 next month or do i have to stick with the 10e Guido?

You can buy whatever membership you want each month so you are not tied to buying the same one next month that you bought this month.

Bear in mind that if you have auto membership renewal enabled then it will automatically buy the specified membership unless you change it.
