Dear 48 Customer Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I recently switched my phone number to 48 because I saw the €9.99 offer on your website. I was very interested in this offer, and it was the main reason why I decided to change my mobile provider.
However, after transferring my number to 48, I noticed that my plan costs €12.99 instead of €9.99.
Could you please explain why I did not receive the €9.99 offer? I would also like to know if it is possible to change my current plan to the €9.99 offer.

Do you meet the criteria for the relevant offer?

If you do then if you proceed to checkout do you get a €3 discount on the first €12.99 plan?

(Subsequent plans must be purchased via auto-renewal).
