There is no account number with 48.

Your account has identified by your phone number and email address only.

Sounds like you're choosing the wrong option on the Lidl porting form.

You need to choose registered prepay and not any other option, in particular not bill pay.

But it was a bill phone I had with 48 12.99 per month and the Lidl is a bill pay 8.99 per month ?

48 isn't bill pay.

It's prepay/pay as you go.

When porting your number from 48 to another provider you need to choose registered prepay and enter your phone number.

Have you tried that on the Lidl Connect porting form?
