What does "Page for top up" mean?

The only way that a payment can go out automatically is via monthly membership plan auto-renewal.

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

Are there any stacked upcoming membership plans listed on your Buy Plan page?

When were you last able to successfully buy and use a monthly membership plan?

What exactly is/isn't working for you right now?

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Incoming/outgoing calls?

Incoming/outgoing texts?

Mobile data?
