To 48.
I have switched over from three bill pay to 48 but my old phone number has not been migrated across and therefore I have been charged a full months bill for last month and will be charged another full month as a result. Three have advised that the new provider needs to move the number across and they cannot do anything. Can you confirm immediately that this has happened and I would appreciate if you can consider compensation for this additional cost which was completely outside of my control.
