First off, it's really not a good idea to post all of your personal details in a public forum like this where anyone can see and use them (e.g. for identity theft/scamming purposes).

You might want to edit your post to remove your personal details.

If you mean that auto-renewal of your membership plan failed because you didn't range sufficient funds in your account then you need to buy your next plan manually before auto-renewal will kick in again (subject to there being sufficient funds in the account again) next time.

To buy your plan manually see here:

https://48.ie/my48/memberships

When membership plan auto-renewal fails, e.g. due to insufficient funds or an expired card etc., then out doesn't retry and you have to address the problem and buy your next plan manually.

I'm pretty sure that 48 email or text you if auto-renewal fails.

I don't really understand your reference to a "scam".

I can't see anything that fits that description above.

If you're using a debit card to pay for your auto-renewal and there aren't sufficient funds in the account then it will fail. That's not a scam.

If you think that you've been scammed then you probably need to contact 48 support for assistance.

A few people have reported similar emails recently.

If your membership hasn't existed then it was probably sent in error.

This has happened before.

Just ignore/delete it if your membership is still active.

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.
