&lt;P&gt;What steps did you take?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you mean that you wanted to have her join 48 then you/she needs to order a new SIM using a new account accessed using a different email address to your own.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Every 48 SIM/account/number needs a separate login/email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unlike some other mobile providers 48 doesn't support group/family accounts where more than one SIM/number can be managed via a single login.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But maybe that's not relevant to your issue, it's not really clear.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As I say, you'll need to explain/describe your issue more clearly and in more detail if you want assistance from the Community Forum.&lt;/P&gt;
