You'll need to explain your issue more clearly.

What exactly do you mean by "I sent a subscription to my wife"?

What exactly did you do?

What steps did you take?

If you mean that you wanted to have her join 48 then you/she needs to order a new SIM using a new account accessed using a different email address to your own.

Every 48 SIM/account/number needs a separate login/email address.

Unlike some other mobile providers 48 doesn't support group/family accounts where more than one SIM/number can be managed via a single login.

But maybe that's not relevant to your issue, it's not really clear.
