Hai,
My sim is not active due to insufficient balance for auto deduct. There is balance now but I'm not able to active with my current plan of euro 9.99. Kindly do the needful and please activate my sim. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

If auto-renewal failed because of insufficient funds then you need to buy your next membership plan manually.

Auto-renewal doesn't retry in such circumstances.

After you buy this plan manually auto-renewal will take over again from the following month.

BTW I think that for the €9.99 plan for 6 months offer to work then auto-renewal has to be enabled and funded.

I think that if you ever disable it or it falls then you might lose eligibility to that offer and you may have to pay the full €12.99 p.m. thereafter.
