    <description>&lt;P&gt;What exactly do you mean by "can't get plan to process payment"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What exactly are you trying to do and what are the symptoms of the problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you mean that you're having problems buying a membership plan then what happens when you try to do that here?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is your registered payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?&lt;/P&gt;
