&lt;P&gt;What exactly is/isn't working?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Incoming/outgoing calls?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Incoming/outgoing texts?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Mobile data?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are there any error messages on the phone or when you log into your My48 account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account dashboard?&lt;/P&gt;
