48 only allow for one SIM account and still don't offer eSIMs.

You'll have to contact 48 support to ask them if/how they can support this sort of setup.

A few people have asked about it before but I've never seen a solution being posted here.

2nd Device on same account?

Hi, I use my 48 Account for an Xplora Watch. I would like to move the SIM to a Phone instead of the Watch, but also keep the watch active if possible. Is it possible to have 2 devices under 1 account (i.e. 2 SIM cards with the same profile/account number, or else an eSIM for 1 device). I see this question was asked in 2022 but wondering if there was any developments since?

Basically connect my watch and my phone under a 48 Profile/Account.

I understand I might need to pay more for the second SIM, on the 3 Network this is about €5 extra per month.

Thanks!

> I understand I might need to pay more for the second SIM, on the 3 Network this is about €5 extra per month

As far as I understand it, 3 support this by offering an eSIM for the smart watch that uses the same number/allowances/account as the main SIM in the phone!

https://www.three.ie/support/smart-watches.html

But since 48 still don't offer eSIMs this approach is presumably moot on 48?
