&lt;P&gt;If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain/describe your issue clearly and in detail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you mean that you don't have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. no signal bars?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so then when was it working ok last?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What changed in the meantime?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset (is it unlocked for use on any network?), returned from roaming abroad, etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happens if you do a manual search for networks?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then what happens?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any error messages?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does it make any difference if you reseat your SIM in case it has become dislodged somehow?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
