My member ship was cut off and when I logged into my account where the money comes out off there was no record of my membership

What exactly do you mean by "cut off"?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about your most recent payment?

What exactly is/isn't working for you?

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Incoming/outgoing calls?

Incoming/outgoing texts?

Mobile data?

When was everything working ok for you last?
