What exactly do you mean by "restart my plan" and "my credit had run out for the"?

If you mean that you're on a plan with limited allowances (i.e. a legacy plan and not the current €12.99 plan), and you have used up some of the membership bundled allowances then you need to buy an add-on if you want to use the relevant services for the remainder of the membership plan month.

https://community.48.ie/t5/The-Knowledge-Base/All-About-Add-ons/ta-p/53111

Membership plans always run their full monthly course and can't be terminated and a new plan started early.

If this is an ongoing issue for you then you might want to consider changing to the €12.99 plan which comes with effectively unlimited calls, texts and mobile data.
