    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you mean that your SIM is suspended because you didn't buy a membership plan for 6+ months?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When was the SIM working ok last?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What are the symptoms of the problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;E.g. any error messages when you log into your My48 account or when you try to buy a plan?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Almost certainly you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance with this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
