&lt;P&gt;What do you mean "do not have credit"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you mean cash credit?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you bought a membership plan for €12.99 then that amount will not appear on your account as cash credit as it has been used to pay for the membership plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When was everything working ok last?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then what happens?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do have a network connection then what is/isn't working?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Incoming/outgoing calls? Incoming/outgoing texts? Mobile data?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If something isn't working then what happens when you try to use it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?&lt;/P&gt;
