Topped up but charged €25.98 - why?

I top up my 48 today but I was charge the wrong amount, I was charge 25,98 why was that?

What does your Transactions page say about that payment?

Was it your first membership plan purchase and so included a €12.99 charge for the one time SIM activation fee?

A one-time activation fee of €12.99 applies with the first plan purchase.

Are there any upcoming membership plans listed on your Buy Plan page?
