    <description>&lt;P&gt;This issue seems to happen from time to time for some users for some reason that has never been explained by 48.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll have to contact 48 support in order to get them to look into and fix this for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Cash credit on your account won't let you make calls - you need an active membership plan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should be able to use the cash credit to pay for a membership plan at checkout but you'll probably just get the same error when you try.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to top up but it saying i have a plan in place, which i dont because i need to renew it for this month, so it wont let me top up. It says i have €15 credit but I couldnt make a phone call. Can i used this €15 to top up with my new plan please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
