Hello, I am currently abroad and can not access Roaming on my phone. can i add data to get it sent up from my credit ??

What country are you in?

Is anything working?

Connection to a local network - i.e. signal bars, incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?

Any error messages?

For issues while roaming abroad the usual general advice applies...

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.

(On the other hand all the people who have no problems don't post to report their positive experiences!)

If your SIM predates January 2023 then a replacement may mitigate or eliminate roaming problems:

It may be worthwhile reviewing these two threads in case any of the suggestions help to avoid roaming problems:

If calls and texts work but mobile data doesn't then double check that your APN settings are still configured correctly:
