&lt;P&gt;Any error messages?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you sure that your new bank card has been activated - usually needs to be activated at an ATM?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And it's not frozen via your online banking?&lt;/P&gt;
