What exactly do you mean that your membership has been cancelled?

What are the exact symptoms of the problem?

Can you log into your My48 online account?

Is your SIM still working?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network/signal bars and are incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts and mobile data working or not?

If not then what happens when you try to use these services?
