&lt;P&gt;When was your SIM/number working correctly last?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did you last buy a membership plan?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you mean that your SIM has become suspended because you didn't buy a membership plan for 6+ months then you'll need to contact 48 support to see if they can reactivate it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you didn't buy a membership plan for 13+ months then your account will have been completely deleted and you'll have to start from scratch as a new user with 48.&lt;/P&gt;
