    <description>I ordered my SIM got an email to say it's dispatched and it never arrived I got in touch and was told it was on the way. I ordered another one got in touch again and still the same issue. I ordered it on the Monday before the bank holiday and it still not here. Is this common what retailers sell the physical 48 SIM.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are no bricks and mortar outlets that provide 48 SIMs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They can only be ordered online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They can take up to 7 working days to arrive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have tried twice and neither arrived then you should double check the address and eircode that you're entering to ensure that they're correct.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You might also want to check with An Post in case they can tell if they delivered or tried to deliver.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But normally if they can't deliver they'll leave a collection slip and you can collect it from the local sorting office.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise you'll just have to get onto 48 support again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
