What is the 40GB Membership?

I joined last year to the unlimited data and calls 12.99 per month.

In oct last year it was changed to 40GB Membership? What is this? I didn't change anything but I have noticed a slowdown in my speeds and coverage

The 40GB plan is a legacy one at it's very odd if you were switched from the €12.99 plan to that.

From the 5th of April 2022 the €40GB €9.99 plan will no longer be available to purchase.

For any customer currently on the €9.99 plan after the 5th of April 2022, you will be moved to the €10.99 plan, increasing your monthly data allowance from 40GB to 100GB Data and EU Data Roaming from 9GB to 12GB.

Are you sure that you didn't switch plan yourself?

Although normally the legacy plans aren't available other than to people who joined years ago.

Can't you just switch back to the €12.99 plan by buying it manually for one month and then auto-renewal should keep buying that if you're using auto-renewal.

The coverage and data speeds should be the same on all 48 plans.

You might want to make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly.
