Mine appears to have auto-renewed on my account and charged my card yet I got an email off 48 this morning saying my plan has expired, so I don't know what's going on there.

Maybe the card payment failed for some reason?

E.g. insufficient funds if it's a debit card, card details expired, etc.?

What happens if you try to buy your membership plan manually for this month?

Any errors?

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

Hi there,

I've had the same problem - it didn't automatically renew. When I press the renew button it gives two options, a 12.99 per month or the 10.99 which is the one I'm on. But it doesn't let me select the 10.99 option.

Do you have a number for customer support as I cannot find it on the site and it keeps directing me to FAQ's or this community

A few people have reported this problem in the past few months - i.e. auto-renewal failed and the only plan that can be selected when buying manually is €12.99.

You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with this.

See the links in my signature below for all of the ways to contact them.

The last link includes a phone number that is technically for complaints but many people have reported using it to contact customer support.

If your My48 account Dashboard says that you have an active membership plan and calls/texts/mobile data are all working ok then presumably the message was simply a mistake and you can safely just ignore it?

If not then contact 48 support for assistance.

See the links in my signature below.

I don't know why 48 seem to continuously have problems with payment processing, restricting people to only buying the €12.99 plan when they have been on a cheaper plan, erroneous messages telling people that their plan or data has been used up when they haven't, etc...

I am trying to manually buy a plan as usual but this time I also get that "Oops. Something went wrong. We are working on a fix. Check back shortly."
