i have Redmi Note 13 pro 5g phone my plane is 10.99 want to upgrade to 12.99 for 5g it wont let me

You mean when you try to buy the €12.99 plan it doesn't let you?

Exactly the same for myself, I’ve tried upgrade to 12.99 from 10.99 plan a few times over the last month and a half and I keep getting an error message saying something went wrong it will be resolved shortly. I just want to upgrade and spend more money “insert take my money meme”.
