Upgrade from Guido to €12.99 - "oops something went wrong"

Hi All, My membership is due to run out tomorrow, currently on the Guido & trying to upgrade to the newer €12.99 unlimited data, when I select it and click change I keep getting the "Oops, something went wrong, we are working on it", but going on a while now. Have tried off different browsers etc too and same thing

This seems to be a common problem for some reason that has never been explained (or fixed!).

Thanks for that, Have emailed twice already and no response. My membership is due to renew today so unfortunately will have to switch to another provider if I can't get resolved 😞

If necessary try calling the number in the third link in my signature below.

It's technically for complaints but others have used it to contact support.
