€5 credit - how can I use it towards a membership plan?

Hi. You offered me €5 credit. How do I use this to reduce my membership fee. In addition to this, I need a replacement SIM as I do not know the sim lock

To use the €5 cash credit you'll need to add additional cash credit to your account to give you the price of a membership or whatever you want to buy.

E.g. if you want to buy a €12.99 membership then add €8 cash credit to your account giving you a total of €13 which you can then use to pay for your membership.

What "SIM lock" are you referring to?

If it's the SIM PIN/PUK then you don't need a replacement SIM.
