A friend was on 48. has cash in ac. Can I get it to my phone

Hi, My friend was with 48 until today. 19th Sept. 2016.He has still money in his 48 account. He forgot to transfer money to me before he changed away from 48. Can he still transfer this money to me?

He'll need to contact 48 support about that I think

No joy yet Dalyer. 48 should not be allowed to hold that money. It's not theirs to hold.

Actually they can keep it in certain circumstances as outlined in the terms and conditions that people agree to when signing up with 48 (whether or not they read them is another matter!). See section 8.3 in particular:

But by all means ask 48 support to see if they can refund unused cash credit in this situation.
