    <description>&lt;P&gt;What exactly do you mean by "recharging", "unable to access SIM account", and "purchase packs"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you mean that you're having problems buying a membership plan then what happens?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any error messages?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does it make any difference if you use the web interface instead of the app - or vice versa?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is your payment card still valid?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When were you last able to buy a membership plan successfully?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that's not the problem then please explain clearly what the issue is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
