    <description>&lt;P&gt;What exactly do you mean by "disabled/cut"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you still have a connection to the 48 network/signal bars?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then what happens?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do have a network connection then does anything work - calls/texts/mobile data?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happens when you try to use any of these services?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?&lt;/P&gt;
