Hi,

I topped up with a voucher for €10 through 1740 . It says I have €10 credit but when I go to use the phone it says that my membership has expired??????

So you added a topup value of €10 to your credit balance, but did you select a Membership?

48 services are only functional while an active Membership is in place.

Select a Membership if you have not did so already, and try calls, text's and internet services afterwards.
