How do I upgrade from Guido to 5g plan

You just buy the €12.99 plan.

You obviously need a 5G enabled phone to benefit from 5G data speeds.

Note that some or all Google Pixel phones may not support 5G on 48 because Google haven't enabled it in their version of Android:
