How to renew plan after auto-renewal failed?

Hi I have been a customer for a few years now and I have been paying €10. 99 for unlimited everything. It got cancelled this morning due to a bank error and I would like to go back on this plan but I'm not sure how to do this. Can you please advise.

Just buy the €10.99 plan manually for this month and then auto-renewal will take over again next time around if it's still enabled.

I have tried to buy it manually and it still wont work

What happens?

Any error messages?

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?

Is your card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds if it's a debit card?
