Message purportedly from Three - is this a scam?

Hi I received this today and I am wondering if this is a scam??From Three: You've reached 90 % of your defined credit limit 35. Call customer care for more information or to make a payment.

Probably.

But definitely nothing to do with 48 because Three don't contact 48 users directly.

Unless you are a customer of Three then it's almost certainly a scam that should be reported to them and then deleted and ignored.

Certainly don't call any number mentioned or click on any links.

Not that it really matters but, was it an email, text message, WhatsApp message, other message?
