Getting this error message from few hours , my plan didnt get auto renewed, now am stuck with error if i try to buy the plan. Am using the website, i tried deleting payment details and added it again.

Does it make any difference if you use another browser, device, network connection or the app?

Is the problem persisting this morning?

Does it make any difference if you just enter the payment details at checkout rather than trying to register them on your My48 account?

Are the payment card details still valid?

As the error message says you'll probably have to contact support about this.

I presume that means 48 support in which case see the links in my signature below.

But it may also mean the bank support.

Do you know anybody else on 48 that can gift you membership for this month?

Seems to be a general problem with the site's payment processing.

I just tried to do a test payment/purchase and got this:

You'll have to contact 48 support about this.

Only they can rectify it.

The problem with payments seems to be resolved now so you should try again.
